How orders ship
Purelio is a small store, and our products ship to the US from partner warehouses, mostly overseas. Orders are processed in 1-3 business days, and delivery to the US usually takes about 9-17 days. Because orders travel a long way, we recommend ordering a little ahead of when you need an item.
If something arrives damaged, doesn't work as described, or isn't what you ordered, we'll help. You can request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back. You can read the details in our Refund policy.
